Madrid sightseeings/5

This is the "Torre de Cristal" (Crystal Tower), one of the skyscrapers in the "Cuatro Torres Business Area" (Four Towers Business Area). It is still under construction as of today. With a final height of 249.5 meters, it will rank as the second tallest building in the Country.

This is the "Capilla de San Isidro", which forms an architectural unity with the "Church of San Andrés" and the "Capilla del Obispo". The chapel is the only thing that remains of the "Church of San Andrés" burnt in 1936.

This is the "Palacio Real" of Madrid, official residence of the King of Spain, even if King Juan Carlos and the royal family do not actually reside in this palace.

This is the "Catedral de la Almudena". Plans began in the 16th century, construction began in 1879 and it was completed in 1993.
